Truck City Ford - Service Center

Scheduling service was easy, although there are two different interfaces available from the website: one from the Service page -"Book Drop-off" and one from the main page (Service menu > Schedule Servi different interfaces available from the website: one from the Service page -"Book Drop-off" and one from the main page (Service menu > Schedule Service). Drop-off was fairly simple, although signs would be useful indicating where to start, who handles what, etc. (It seems that the Cashier station, which would usually be at the end of the process, was being used as the primary point of entrance.) Noe (service advisor) and the rest of the staff were friendly and service was done per instructions. Also, we got our vehicle back when promised. Using Ford Pass points was super easy. We'll be back.
