Trying to get a recall fix completed but I will have to make a third trip to your dealership for this issue. The first time I scheduled an appointment but when I arrived at the dealership, I was told th make a third trip to your dealership for this issue. The first time I scheduled an appointment but when I arrived at the dealership, I was told the part was not in stock. Scheduled a second appointment, got the work done but when I took my car home the back up camera was not functioning correctly. Called and scheduled a third appointment, but had to wait over 2 weeks to get in your quest. My appointment is for June 3rd. Hopefully the repair will be done correctly this time. Scott Jordon was professional and friendly. I was pleased with my interaction with him and he seemed empathetic to my issue. More
