I had called and made an appointment, however, when I arrived, no appointment could be found for me. They still were able to get my oil changed and tires rotated but it took a bit longer than I had plan arrived, no appointment could be found for me. They still were able to get my oil changed and tires rotated but it took a bit longer than I had planned. Cost is also about double what NTB charges. More

I arrived before 7 am and was the first in line. All I needed was an oil change. It took 2 hours. Richard was very friendly but I should not have waited more than one hour. Them, when I got in my truck to drive off, the AC was not working. I returned to the service department and Richard looked at it right away. When he turned the truck back on, the AC started working again. I hope the service man did not do anything to affect the AC More
