Needed to get my locking lug nuts installed. Also, had to replace and setup my LoJack device that apparently became damaged due to a recent battery replacement by a different Ford dealership. Jason Harper and Jeremy Harper were on it and contacted Mario Fuentes – Service Advisor to get these issues resolved and completed quickly. Mario kept me posted and Jason and Jeremy helped get it setup again on my smartphone. As always, the receptionist – Lori Grove-Thornburg was very friendly and always helpful. Last year In Nashville (Hendersonville TN) and called in and they pulled my records on a battery warrant. They emailed me the sales receipt and the dealership in Hendersonville honored the receipt and replaced the battery free. Thanks to Truck City and their dedicated team, my travels were smooth. The service writers are always helpful. I just find it petty that such a large corporation has to find ways to take more money from the customers. Really almost $10 dollars for so called I just find it petty that such a large corporation has to find ways to take more money from the customers. Really almost $10 dollars for so called shop and rag fees and then 3% charge to use your credit card, wow. Not everyone but probably half or more have use thr credit card to pay for their vehicle because they can't afford the total price in 1 or 2 months. So those people you hit them a little harder because that 10 buck plus the 3% credit card fee could be gas or food they needed. Little things like that are what could be the difference between coming back or going to Joe Blows shop. Just my opinion, thinking of the people hurting out there. If you think I'm being petty then you never had to live to check to check or don't remember how it felt to. Again your service people are good. Be safe and have a great day. More

Mario did a great job for me. I told him that the valve stem extensions needed to be correctly aligned. When the job was compledted he asked me to come review the wheels. All the valve extensions were perfectly aligned in the center of the rim holes. Mario also showed me the air filter (which is not automatically included in the 3K service) and it really needed to be replace as it was full of bugs and dirt. He went in at got it from parts immediatly and installed it for me. The only minor comment is they did not put a new sticker for the next appointment (37K) on my windsiled. More
