The repair seems to be done great however the technician was not. Was accused of lying and then he tried to rip me off $300. This was an extended warranty and he tried to charge me after my vehicle was done was not. Was accused of lying and then he tried to rip me off $300. This was an extended warranty and he tried to charge me after my vehicle was done never telling me there would be a charge to me because yall charged more than the warranty was willing to pay. He said they like cover 85% but that's not the case they paid the publish price you guys charged more for labor. More

The GM does not have faith in his service team; When buying new there was a gash in the dash and side of truck bed. The GM stated 'You do not want a whole new dash and risk having screws missing and the buying new there was a gash in the dash and side of truck bed. The GM stated 'You do not want a whole new dash and risk having screws missing and therefore rattles.' How else would one take that comment? Exactly, No Faith. I prepared and scheduled service several months in advance. Upon arrival, nobody knew what I was talking about. I reexplained, multiple times, finally the guy states, oh I see that in the notes. Dropped it on a Thursday and was to be out of town for a week (which they stated was plenty of time for them) When I returned, I got lip service and was passed around and had to wait another week smh. The parts were already in because a month earlier, I had it scheduled, but was not going out of town and rescheduled for the future months ahead and they stated they already had the parts. Not sure what parts, nothing was replaced. Then I had taken a picture of odometer at drop off and pick up... 75 miles different... somebody drove it off lot and went somewhere... smdh And because I kept getting passed around and provided excuses/justifications I do not recall everyone I spoke with. If you mess up on scheduling, own it, apologize and give me a solution; the rest is childish and a waste of time. It looks ok, but now I see why the GM did not want his service team to replace the dash. I do not even rember my sales guy; once in finance, never heard from him again, even after texting/calling. The finance department went pretty smooth; definitely the easiest part. More
We purchased a brand new Thor Challenger mobile home on 3-13. We departed the dealer on 3-15 and had several issues - one being the console AC. We were getting conflicting info from the dealer as to what was wrong and where we should go for service - Thor or Ford - as it was a Ford chassis. We went to a Thor dealership who didn’t work on our model so we went to your dealership on 3-16. Honestly, I felt broken and defeated not being informed about the Texas Franchise Law and just wanted to hang my head. Went into the service station and told my story to a lady at the desk. Mario Fuentes said he would take care of me. Honestly, he was an Angel right when we needed someone in our corner. Compassionate eyes with a loving soul and a beautiful cardinal tattoo staring at me. I wholeheartedly knew I was in great hands and everything was going to work out! It was a blessing to stop at Truck City Ford and meeting Mario. Our Motorhome issues were investigated and we were on our way. Thank you for having such an amazing employee and man to represent your company! He was patient and answered all of our concerns even though there was nothing to gf on the Ford end. Feeling uplifted and renewed, we went back to Alvarado for all the repairs. But….. Mario made all the difference in my day and my perception. He’s a true gift to humanity. More
Excellent customer service! My experience at Truck City Ford was over the top. Jason Harper went above and beyond by coming in on his day off to complete the sale. Finally got my Truck back. I took the time to vacuum and wash my loaner vehicle. Was very disappointed that when I got my truck back it was much dirtier than when I left it.
