Nate is always willing to help me with what ever I need . I have 2008 f150 king ranch and 2018 Expedition and 2022 f350 dully. I have been using ford for a long time now as you can see. I had a great experience with the service department, as I always do with Travis, my preferred Service Advisor. He was able to get my wife's car in and out quickly (brake replacement, and hub and bearing re I always do with Travis, my preferred Service Advisor.
