Nate was fantastic. Super disappointed in Ford Motor Company. $85,000 Raptor with 47k miles needed a new transmission, seal and oil pan. Just 60 days out of warranty and I got stuck with a $ 3k charge (better than $8k, but still too much for the top of the line truck with low miles). Nate was a great advocate for me and super helpful.
