Waited 4 weeks for appointment. When appointment arrived, the part was back ordered. Asked to have truck aligned. They needed to spend $1000 more of my money to replace deag link When appointment arrived, the part was back ordered. Asked to have truck aligned. They needed to spend $1000 more of my money to replace deag links but the truck is worse off than before and they just threw their hands in the air and said “sorry bring it to a tire shop” I won’t be back. Oil change price tripled. Loyalty means nothing now. I actually bought 2 cars because I came for the reduced priced oil changes. Was all of that factored in your thinking? Loyalty means nothing now. I snapped off the tire valve stem (which has a connected pressure sensor that coordinates with the other tires system) and was unable to find repair in Austin. After speaking with Noe our Service Advisor, w pressure sensor that coordinates with the other tires system) and was unable to find repair in Austin. After speaking with Noe our Service Advisor, we were able to come in for repairs the next morning to Truck City Ford in Buda. We got there when they opened at 730am, and left 3 1/2 hours later, with the problem fixed. Noe did a great job keeping us informed during the repair process, and we were thankful for the quick job.
