S. Anderson, what a great review for the service team at Truck City. I can understand your frustration about the delay for the PCM reprogram, and please accept our apology. Delays are often caused by varying factors, ie. tech shortage, equi[ment issues, etc. If you would like further explanation, I can reach out to their leadership for further information.
