First off I tried to schedule a local pick up off the web and no one followed up on it, so I had to call and bring my truck in. The service rep, did just ok, but didn't follow up with parts well. I waited and no one followed up on it, so I had to call and bring my truck in. The service rep, did just ok, but didn't follow up with parts well. I waited two days for non-critical part, but it never came in and I had to call and ask about it and just picked truck up without the part. More

I give the service department 5 stars because they fixed the problem and it only took a few hours. I have to say that I am concerned about the fact that I made an appointment for the PCM REPROGRAM DUE TO E the problem and it only took a few hours. I have to say that I am concerned about the fact that I made an appointment for the PCM REPROGRAM DUE TO ENGINE SHUDDER fix and the Truck City couldn't get to me for 12 days. An annoyance but not a deal breaker. More
