Steve Wachala was our salesman and he is absolute perfection! My husband is disabled and I had some very specific needs. I needed a car with a back-end low enough that I could load a wheelchair. The Ascent was too high for me and the Outback was perfect. Also, I needed the cooling seats due to my husband's illness and his inability to regulate his body temperature. And if that was not enough requests, I wanted a used car. Steve knew that the 2022 Outbacks had the cooling seats and all the driver assists that I wanted. He started looking at inventory in October 2025 and kept me appraised of what he found. He never quit looking for the perfect car for. Today, August 3, 2026, we found the perfect 2022 Subaru Outback Touring model with only 15,285 miles. Steve's dedication and patience to find the perfect car for me goes above and beyond any salesman! Our current 2017 Subaru Outback has 230,000 miles.
