I bought 2x cars here 2025 subura 2026 subura Both outback I don't like 2 b hounded..and Letty does not do that!!!!!!!! She's wonderful!!!! Great personality & very knowledgeable of the process & subura cars! I highly recommend her. If she didn't call me when I submitted my inquiry I would have never came Thank you 2 trust dealership in Lancaster 4 everything!!!! More

This has honestly had been the best experience. I was so super hesitant about getting a new car, but everyone at this dealership made me feel so welcomed and supported on my needs and wants. Omar I was so super hesitant about getting a new car, but everyone at this dealership made me feel so welcomed and supported on my needs and wants. Omar was the first to introduce me to what I was Looking for and even went out of his way to send me what the new 2026 outback looked like inside and out. Jeremy helped me handle all the important paper work, and even did the test drive. Steve helped me with all my number and made miracles happen, and Matt in finance, helped me understand that I’m paying less then $20 a day to have my car, which for me was super comforting and made me feel better about such a big purchase. And last but not least then we have the AMAZING LETTY!!! She worked with my crazy schedule , and educate on my new Outback. she helped me understand my Subaru and all the things it can do, she was so patient and kind even with all my crazy questions and crazy schedule. Over all I highly highly highly recommend this location and the amazing wonderful people at this location. They really make you feel like family ! Thank you alll so much !! Keep up the good work! Omar was absolutely amazing! I never once felt pressured to buy a car, he was so patient with me while I picked the color and helped me decide using logic. I wanted to buy the car at the time I did knowing that he was working so that we could work with him. Everyone else in the dealership was amazing, too!
