Poor salesmanship Inquired online Sunday about a vehicle needing more info as I'm an out of state buyer. Salesperson contacted me via text Monday. I needed more info for my bank as I had financing secured. Left him a message Wednesday morning that I was approved and needed them to send purchase order to my bank. Wednesday evening my bank still had not gotten a return call from salesman so they called dealer to have info sent. My loan officer said she was told they were trying to finance someone else and to not wire any money on my behalf. Thursday morning I get text message saying "sorry, we sold that truck last night". I'm pretty sure they are a "finance anyone dealer" and they were trying to make more money off someone else. No loss, I've found a nicer vehicle from another dealer. More

I believe some would agree but for me it was not that I purchased the vehicle at the price within my range. At this stage in life customer service is key and clearly, I received all of the above upon arriving to this dealer. I explained my intent and Alex was totally on point. Alex is very knowledgeable, dedicated, and met my every need. At the distance that I had to travel, Alex balanced his time and made sure again that I was serviced. He took care of my rental car return and simply those little things that always come up that could alter the plan. I also like to say thanks to the young man from Uzbekistan that assisted me on the test drive. Thanks to management, Russ and thanks to Alex at Trust Auto for making this my best used car buying experience ever. More

Stay away from this place. We bought a truck from them last week. It initially looked clean, a few minor issues which I didn't mind, as it was an 11 year old truck. HOWEVER, aft We bought a truck from them last week. It initially looked clean, a few minor issues which I didn't mind, as it was an 11 year old truck. HOWEVER, after driving it home then to work (roughly 250 miles of driving) I notice a cyclic noise and vibration from under the front right area, which has gotten way worse in the past couple of days (further 100 miles), after looking more in-depth into this, I discover the front differential is totally xxxxed (roughly $3000 repair bill). I also find out that it's missing brake lights (required to pass MD inspection) the front wheels are on a positive camber and the tire pressure sensors are dead, I now have this truck booked in with a local Toyota dealer to have a full inspection and repair list made out. I fully intend on taking legal action on this so called business once I have all the paperwork together. Paid top price for this vehicle and was sold a lemon. More

Great experience from start to finish I found this place on line through Car gurus. I called to get information about a SUV that I was interested in and was greeted by a salesmen named Pri I found this place on line through Car gurus. I called to get information about a SUV that I was interested in and was greeted by a salesmen named Prince. His phone conversation was very thorough and helpful and he set me up with a appointment in which he was waiting and ready for us upon our arrival. This was very helpful as my wife and drove from Delaware to come see the vehicle. The place was well maintained and everyone was friendly and welcoming as we entered the facility and was overall impressed with their service. Prince was a excellent salesman and very understanding and courteous to me my wife and my grand baby the whole time. We couldn't purchase the same day but because of their friendlienes and great deals we couldn't help but to come back several days later and purchase the vehicle. The paperwork and cleaning of the vehicle was ready to go and everyone appeared happy to see us. We have been nothing but pleased with the purchase of our GL 450 Mercedes. The only downside was the location of the place as it isn't on the main rd but it's still worth the trip because of the service. I would recommend this place to anybody and I'm bringing my daughter back next week to look at a BMW they have. The fact that I'm willing to drive 2 hrs to receive good service and and good deal says it all. The salesman Prince is the man and the finance guy Nick was very helpful.
