I was pre-approved through my lender and visited to explore options, but after deciding not to move forward with the purchase, I immediately notified the dealership. Despite that, they kept my down payment without providing a valid reason. No vehicle was sold, no contract was finalized, and neither of the cars I looked at were taken off the market — meaning there was no loss or inconvenience to them. This situation has caused unnecessary stress and feels completely unethical. I strongly recommend being extremely cautious if you decide to do business with Trust Auto. More

I would never do business with a company so shady. Had them contact me about my vehicle for sale and offered me 22k. Then came back and said 20k. Honestly sketchy and will run you over as much as they can and waste your time. Wasted over 2 weeks of my time and effort. Not driving the car and keeping it in good condition to sell.
