Until we met Jade, Firestone has been our go-to mechanic for our 3 vehicle fleet, currently consisting of 2 Foresters & a 2016 Toyota Tacoma. Tucson Subaru is about a hour away from our part time residence but it is well worth the trip, thanks to Jade Hilliard’s outstanding service. Because of Jade, we have been bringing our 2016 Forester to Tucson Subaru for servicing when we’re in town, from regular scheduled maintenance to big ticket items. Jade goes the extra mile on everything that matters: from arranging shuttle transportation to & from, appointment setting, diagnosing the problem, explaining the solution & cost in understandable terms, applying any available discounts, following up - stuff that matters. Jade make the experience as convenient & painless as possible for the consumer. I trust her & she is a pleasure to do business with. More
