"Could Not Find Electrical Problem"

Service Advisor was very good. Did good job writing down my problems. Intermittent electric battery drain problem. Dealer couldn't find problem. I'll have to find it myself. No problem for 2 years then dead battery 2 times in 3 weeks. Dealer

"Excellent customer service"

Check in was timely and efficient even though they were very busy. We were told that we were due for one of the milestone mileage major servicings even though we thought it would be an oil change and 20 point checkup. We said OK and took their free shuttle to the mall to kill 4 hours. While we were there we got a call to say that our rear brakes needed work, which was not really a surprise. We were told how much longer and how much, so we said OK, it needed to get done. We headed back to the Dealership at about the ETA they provided and it was right on. So all in all it cost more and took longer but we trust their judgement and work after dealing there for 4 years. We feel better that it all was taken care of and that our Forester is in good shape.

Initially went in for recalls, radio update and rattles in the dashboard. The service intake was very through. The car was left a little dirty but we were offered a free detail. they did a great job and left us very satisfied with the overall service.
