I recently made an appointment on-line for several 30k mile service items and a brake noise on my 2023 Forester. When I arrived for my appointment my go-to service advisor, Dan Ford, greeted me promptly and reviewed/processed my service needs with efficiency. The loaner desk had me on the way home in no time. Dan kept me up to date throughout the day and his mechanic corrected the source of the brake noise which was covered under warranty. I always receive extraordinary service at Tucson Subaru which is why I keep going back. More
