I went into Tulley on the recommendation of a friend. Almost immediately, I met Steve Hammond, a salesman. He instantly made us feel at ease and comfortable. We were very quickly hooked on the car and Steve's great approach was a key factor. He followed the process through from beginning to end even after it went to the financial folks but he remained with us throughout. Since our purchase, any time we have had to bring it in for regualarly scheduled work or some minor issue, the service advisors and the service department staff have been phenomenal. They are quick, professional and solve whatever problem there is in a very timely manner. I have complete confidence in their work. Overall, our experiences with Tulley have been great. There is one thing they may improve to make their service even better: the consistency of customers' information when they transfer it from one department to another, for instance, a misspell in my name was corrected on the order sheet but was still wrong later for applying a loan. Service has been a pleasure to deal with, though my needs for this new vehicle have been very limited.
