New car purchase Samantha should have been under the guidance of a seasoned sales person. At times she seemed unengaged or frustrated with my questions and could have Samantha should have been under the guidance of a seasoned sales person. At times she seemed unengaged or frustrated with my questions and could have used some help. She yawned quite a bit and did not say excuse me. At the end, when it was time to go over the features while sitting in the car, instead of showing me how things worked, she said " do you have any questions" I didn't know what to ask because I wasn't familiar with the features. Professional experience while purchasing a 2020 Santa Fe. My 2020 Hyundai Santa Fe alarm system goes off randomly then turns off and then goes off again. This goes on for awhile. I took it to Tulsa Hyundai, My 2020 Hyundai Santa Fe alarm system goes off randomly then turns off and then goes off again. This goes on for awhile. I took it to Tulsa Hyundai, left it overnight and they were not able to duplicate the problem. I gave them an online review from other Hyundai customers with the same problem. They said they would contact corporate Hyundai but after two weeks I have not heard back from Scott at Tulsa Hyundai. More
