We returned the car because we felt pressure to buy & was LIED to by Hailey the sales girl saying your dealership would give us a deal we’d love (Didn’t happen) & everything we told her .... we were then told by her .that she discussed it with her managers & they’re good with what we want (another obvious lie) & “we’re gonna give you a deal you can’t pass up” & “we got you”. Then when it came time to talk numbers you came back with DOUBLE what we said we’d be willing to pay & the #’s didn’t get much lower every time Hailey came back from talking to her manager (or whoever she was killing time with) & felt pressured to agree to a price! We ALSO got the run around to get it funded & every time we submitted anything you requested to get it funded you needed more then the final straw was the last document you requested that we sent (which was EXACTLY what you asked for) ..... we were told it wasn’t good enough & needed more which was out of our hands which you already knew so .... we returned the car the next day & purchased the same car from another dealership that gave us what they promised & didn’t make false promises like you did. They didn’t give us a run around....like Tulsa Hyundai did. They didn’t pressure us to put a down payment on the car to hold it like you did. We didn’t spend 5 HOURS there to come up with a monthly price on the car like we did at Tulsa Hyundai. We didn’t wait HOURS on if you could give us an acceptable price on a trade in like we did at Tulsa Hyundai. The other dealership (Regional Hyundai) took the trade in AND gave us a stellar price where you had us waiting HOURS! Tulsa Hyundai gets a big fat F for a grade in my book!
