Great service; wonderful waiting rooms I have bought 3 cars from this dealership and serviced everyone of them in the service department. The service representatives are attentive, thoroug I have bought 3 cars from this dealership and serviced everyone of them in the service department. The service representatives are attentive, thorough, and professional. My car always comes out much, much better than when it went in. I am pleased with the service and the work; the waiting area is great and comfortable; the service reps always keep me informed and offer advice when solicited. You might be able to find service cheaper, but I doubt that you can consistently trust it or work with the reps like you can here. And as an added bonus, they always wash and vacuum my car, so that when I leave, I can confidently recommend this dealership and especially the service department! More

horrible Crooked as can be. We purchased a jeep from then in June of last year. Just recently, the vehicle caught fire and was a total loss. Now the only thing Crooked as can be. Now the only thing we are waiting on is a check for the extended warranty that we purchased thru them. You see, the GAP policy (also purchased thru Tulsa Hyundai) requires that the dealership cut a check for the pro-rated amount of whats left on the extended warranty before covering the remainder of the loan amount. We have been given the run around from both Brenda Fritz and the general manager, Farooq(?). Multiple attempts to contact them by telephone have failed. We have left multiple messages and voicemails for these two individuals to return our call. I am a 100% disabled veteran and we need separate vehicles so that my spouse can work and I can attend my many VA appointments. This "foot-dragging" is getting a little old and frankly it is highly unprofessional. I do understand that there are hoops that have to be jumped thru for something like this, but for neither of them to return a phone call speaks volumes to me. I will actively turn every person I can away from this dealership. Be-it one of my many veteran groups, social media, or even word of mouth. More

As a first time car buyer and a young female, I was told horror story after horror story about dealing with car dealerships. This was not the case here. Reginald was outstanding in allowing me to negotiate via phone calls and text since I did not live in the immediate area. Once we agreed on a price I headed toward the dealership still weary of being hit with unforeseen costs once I got there. Upon arrival, the staff was so friendly and made me feel very comfortable. The whole process was so smooth and not once was I pushed into adding anything that would drive my cost up. Reginald and Cheryl (sales manager) went above and beyond in my whole car buying experience and I am so thankful for that. I highly recommend Tulsa Hyundai! More
