Not a great experience I scheduled an appointment for 11:00 am. I arrived just before my appointment time and was told that the work would take about an hour and a half give I scheduled an appointment for 11:00 am. I arrived just before my appointment time and was told that the work would take about an hour and a half give or take 15 minutes. At about 1:00 pm I checked on the status and was told they had just started on my car and it take 30 to 45 minutes. My car was ready about 2:00pm. This was my 5th and worst visit to this dealer for service. More

Exceptional Service Stacy was wonderful to work with. She is very professional and personable. At first I was told I needed a new part but after looking at it closer it Stacy was wonderful to work with. She is very professional and personable. At first I was told I needed a new part but after looking at it closer it was determined that I didn't need it after all- so she deleted it from the list of items being serviced on this trip saving me a bit of money. From start to finish this was by far the worst experience I have ever had at any dealership. I was verbally assaulted by George when checking in my vehicle. Then Greg lied & tried to shove them blame on me & I have ever had at any dealership. I was verbally assaulted by George when checking in my vehicle. For 3 years I came because of Paul Hatton (who was FABULOUS) and he is no longer there, so it’s time for me to find somewhere new to go were common decency & honesty are practiced!
