Disappointed with the service. Manager can call the customer. Purchase for brand new tires. On a Hyundai Tucson Forgot to put a new oil sticker in the window. Being my first car my experience wasn’t pleasant. Still waiting for a refund on extended warranty.Its been 2 months or more now. Get told I will hear back and never do. My service was swift, competent and thorough. Scott, was available immediately when I arrived. I asked him to please change the oil but also look over the entire car for safety as I am planning a Scott, was available immediately when I arrived. He had everything inspected quickly and found a nail in my tire and suggested my tires were almost ready for replacement. He suggested a type of tire with same milage rating and advised me of the sale currently going on until the end of the month. I declined since I can't afford a new set right now and have a warranty with Hibdon to repair the nail puncture. I will consider purchasing tires from Scott though as soon as my finances are able, thanks to his observation and knowledge of my car and it's needs. Mary E. Vogt 5/8/2020 More
