He came up to me & asked if he could help, I told him I needed my oil changed & wash. He asked if I had an appointment, I said no, he said if they use synthetic oil, I’ll have to pay extra even though I bo needed my oil changed & wash. He said they probably “ate” it but I’d have to pay. He said the sales department doesn’t tell the customer, I told him I wasn’t aware of the extra charge so I won’t be paying that, he said his department went ahead & ate it. I have always had great service there until Friday. I just got off work & definitely wasn’t in a mood to deal with his attitude about no appointment or extra charges, then he tried to tell me I needed new front tires, without telling me what kind of new tire, warranty, speed rating. I said NO. I’ll take it elsewhere. Took an hour & fifteen minutes for oil change. I was extremely dissatisfied with his service. More

If there is any doubt on work completed, the earnest invitation to bring the car back further analyze the problem is extended. That occurrence has yet to happen, but just the fact that the call to attention is comforting.
