Despite buying my car at Edmond Hyundai, when I moved to Tulsa I bega I've had an exceptional time dealing with both Tulsa Hyundai and Edmond Hyundai. Despite buying my car at Edmond Hyundai, when I moved to Tulsa I began going to Tulsa Hyundai. I think the service is wonderful, prompt, and every employee has treated me with respect at both locations. Paul is a wonderful service advisor and I appreciated the time he took with me to describe, in detail, the issues I had going on with my vehicle. More
Don't take this Personally....But ! Took my Car in for the Hyundai Recalls that needed to be accomplished. Service check in went well, and the Man that helped me was courteous enough. Although, first point when I made the Appointment I wrote Exactly what I needed done, just the Three Recalls. The Service Man of course asked me What I needed done, like I haven't made any appointment at all. What's the point of making an appointment, if no one looks at it? Second for the Three recall Checks, the time was just over two hours and ten minutes. An awful lot of time to just "Check" three things. Then the thing that gets me EVERY TIME, is the Service man ALWAYS comes in with a "Cabin Air Filter"( NOTE: The one they bring is NOT FROM YOUR CAR MOST OF THE TIME) and try and sell you one. The issue is, CABIN AIR FILTERS while needing replaced, Require Absolutely NO TOOLS, they are simply inside your car behind the Glove Box, and the Kicker is they Cost about $8.00 Dollars. NOT the $49.99 they want to charge everyone for replacement. Less than 5 minutes you can change your own, just like I do... That all tells you one thing. DEALERS OVERCHARGE FOR EVERYTHING !!! One lady was there when I was waiting and got talked into a Oil Change, for $86.00, and that's Nuts too ! You Ever want my business for anything other than Warranty Work or Emergency Repairs that I can't handle due to lack of Special tooling or a Non-Dealer Mechanic can't do, You better figure how to lower your prices by HALF or more at least ! Sorry I don't remember the name of the Staff that worked with me. He was polite and did all the things I expected of a Dealership Service person. I'm sure all the Hype and Upselling is Required by Management, but mostly it's just the irritation of listening to the same Script every time you bring a car in...you need this , you need that, oh, and your Cabin Air Filter needs Changing ! Now, you're breathing in this stuff! Telling Single Ladies, and Elderly, or Men who don't know better, they need services for exceptionally inflated Prices ASAP... Well, you all did ask . I don't know why, But I expect better from people... More

Worked hard to get my car fixed Woke up on a Saturday morning and the car won't start. I was able to call and get an appointment. The technician found the problem with the fuel pump. Woke up on a Saturday morning and the car won't start. I was able to call and get an appointment. The technician found the problem with the fuel pump. They located a pump and installed it before closing. During the process they did get me updated and communicated the various options. Overall, I felt they did their best to care for what I needed.
