Worked hard to get my car fixed Woke up on a Saturday morning and the car won't start. I was able to call and get an appointment. The technician found the problem with the fuel pump. They located a pump and installed it before closing. During the process they did get me updated and communicated the various options. Overall, I felt they did their best to care for what I needed. Took Longer Than Anticipated I was quoted it would take about an hour to change the oil and put on new windshield wipers. It took over 2 hours. The waiting areas are great, howev I was quoted it would take about an hour to change the oil and put on new windshield wipers. It took over 2 hours. The waiting areas are great, however, but I anticipated I would be out much sooner. I purchased the Royal Treatment free oil changes when I purchased my vehicle. Today, new windshielf wipers and the associated costs of fuel additives, etc... (the oil change itself was free but not the associated costs with it) was over $80. Next time I'll get windshield wipers at Pep Boys - they will install them free and at considerably less cost. I always enjoy the free car wash but it was freezing, so that was not available. I WAS told I could come back next week when the temps were higher and simply ask for that car wash service at no charge. That is appreciated. More

Good attentive service The service technician was knowledgeable and very helpful. They tracked down my problem and got it fixed. I did however have trouble getting a loaner car and finally used their shuttle service to get to work and arranged a ride to pickup the car. I have a Genesis and I have not tried the included concierge service. More

Fantastic The service at this Hyundai location is outstanding. I had several issues with my vehicle and was initially told it would be a little over $1000. The The service at this Hyundai location is outstanding. I had several issues with my vehicle and was initially told it would be a little over $1000. The man who helped me took the time though to call CarMax to see if the warranty I purchased would cover any of it. It ended up covering $700 of the total and he even pointed out that they could fix my steering wheel under warranty. Overall, it was a great experience and my car is driving much better now.
