Great experience! I really like and trust my service manager. He always explains why he recommends I do something or not do something. There is a great waiting area wi I really like and trust my service manager. He always explains why he recommends I do something or not do something. There is a great waiting area with a tv room..a childrens area. And a quiet room...all with comfortable seating. I didnt take advantage, but know they will give me a free ride and pick up if needed. Also they provide water bottles and donuts. Though not sure how long they last! Plus they always give me back my car looking better than I brought it in. More

"No Special/Yes Special" My car was due for an oil change. I called your Service Dept. and asked if they had any oil change special prices and was told, "No". My husband cal My car was due for an oil change. I called your Service Dept. and asked if they had any oil change special prices and was told, "No". My husband calls back 20 minutes later and yes, they could find some kind of a discount, so that's when we made and appointment. My Sonata service records AT your dealership go back to 2010 when it was Don Carlton's Hyundai of Tulsa. Strange way to treat a regular customer. More

Great experience at Hyundai. I have always had great interactions with Hyundai. This last time I was very pleased that Greg took the time to explain some perks and discounts I did I have always had great interactions with Hyundai. This last time I was very pleased that Greg took the time to explain some perks and discounts I did not know I had. Especially the BG on the Road program. I could have used it this last July while traveling but I didn't know. Cuddos to Greg. That's the reason I'm writing this review. He told me things I did not know that would have made my life easier. Overall Hyundai has been good to me. I also want to praise the kid that sold me my Santa Fa. He was about 20yrs old and he was low pressure and delightful. I don't remember his name. 5 stars to him.
