Service Times Came in for an oil change and tire rotation that I had scheduled a couple days prior and it ended up taking right at 2 hours for the services. Bad Oil Change Our student daughter brought her 2014 Hyundai Accent in for it's regularly scheduled oil change. We always purchase the "Royal Treatment" package of Our student daughter brought her 2014 Hyundai Accent in for it's regularly scheduled oil change. We always purchase the "Royal Treatment" package of 6 pre-paid oil changes. That evening, she telephoned on her way home from the gym reporting smoke coming from under the hood. Upon inspection, we found the oil reservoir cap sitting near the radiator; apparently the service technician failed to return it following the top-off. The source of the smoke was of course oil spatter on the engine. What a mess! Could have been worse. My daughter reported it to Paul whom she said was friendly. But when she returned she said the mechanic was kind of "snippy". I'm not sure what that means exactly. Draw your own conclusions. More

Worst Experience In A Dealership Service Department Took my car in on June 15th. Unable to fix immediately...so gave me a loner. Cool. Time goes by with little or no communication...July 4th rolls aroun Took my car in on June 15th. Unable to fix immediately...so gave me a loner. Cool. Time goes by with little or no communication...July 4th rolls around pulled over for a tag that expired in May. (Given A Warning) Repeated calls to Dealership with promise of call back that never came. July 31st pulled over for expired tag. (Given A Warning) Called dealership. Promises made and not kept. Received text that repair was complete on August 2nd! Go to pick up on Aug 3rd...no ownership of mismanagement. Paid full price...$600+ When given my keys to walk to...car blocked in. Battery is dead. They jump the battery and offer to send me on my way with 2 young children in triple digit heat with index. No offer to check the battery. Not willing to chance a 47 mile drive in the heat with my kids...I had to request they check it. He returned and asked me if my battery was under warranty from Walmart or if I had the receipt. Not being at Walmart.....I asked how much to replace it. He offered to charge half with no labor at $67. I took it. I love my 2006 Hyundai Tuscon and was thrilled to have her back. I vow to never take my car back to that dealership again! Unless what they said they fixed....isn't. And it won't be pleasant. Horribly Disappointed in this Hyundai Dealership. Loved EVERYTHING about Hyundai till this. June 15th to August 3rd To change the catalytic converter. A few months prior (if that) a charge of $1500+ for O2 Sensors. More
