Hard to put into words While we understand there were 2 aspects to this repair, one warranty for the motor (which caused delays by manufacture) and another for the front en While we understand there were 2 aspects to this repair, one warranty for the motor (which caused delays by manufacture) and another for the front end repair, which was fully covered by Geico. This project was slated to take 4-6 weeks. 9 MONTHS later, NO rental and MANY calls (rarely any call backs), we finally get the car back...Kevin the Service “manager” PROMISED he had laid eyes and hands on it prior to it being picked up. He gave me his word. Upon pick up, the car was filthy, a side mirror missing and several KEY motor fluids were dangerously low. All this after getting a NEW motor, sitting on the lot for nearly 40 WEEKS, and never honestly being told what the latest was. Geico squarely blames them for the delays. Sad that a 24 year old kid lost nearly everything and NOBODY seemed to care. Maybe a 1 star rating will wake someone up and see that this is NOT how things are to be done. I’d highly suggest observing Jackie Cooper Imports service department. Or Lexus of Tulsa. Both have amazing talent and an amazing PROCESS. I know higher end brands, but the service they give has nothing to do with the brand of car. Used dept service equally impressive. Kevin, I wish you had been more truthful when you promised you quality checked it before he picked it up. Now he has to come back and leave AGAIN, without a rental, and hope he gets it back soon. More
Quick service & friendly maintenance staff This was my first visit to Tulsa Hyundai. My husband took my car in the first time. He also washed my car because I’d told him we’d been camping for a week. Scott gave me great service and was extremely friendly. He made a typically unpleasant appointment very tolerable. More

It does not matter which service advisor helps me they are all great guys I’ve been using Tulsa Hyundai service for 2 years now & absolutely love it. Lots of times they will throw in a coupon to the service fees just because they have it & my car always comes out of the bay vacuumed & squeaky clean! More

When I wanted to make my service appointment, the person who answered the phone couldn't find my information in the system and didn't offer any kind of solution. I called back about an hour later and spoke with the same person who finally located my information on their system. There was no apology for her error; I must have repeatedly spelled my name 3 times. Unfortunately, on my scheduled visit, the service adviser over charged me. I asked him to look up my warranty again. I gave him my insurance number to call because he said my service was not covered. He called the updated number and this time updated my service information. More
