Will never return. My car was at the dealership for a month. Over a month of uber. Absolutely horrible customer service. Never received one phone call with an update on my vehicle and when we called and inquired we never got a returned phone call either and then tried to charge me $2000 for parts that were under warranty. This place has gone to crap. I will NEVER return. More

An appointment was made and Tulsa Hyundai notified us by e-mail that we were due an oil change and related service inspections on our Hyundai Sonata. An appointment was made and service was started on time. While we waited, one of their sales associates, Jerome Knobloch, gave me and my wife details and specifics on the new Hyundai Santa Fe of which we had an interest. Scott Monroe, the service tech, took care of all our vehicle service needs, Hyundai's outstanding Royal Treatment Program, and all our questions.
