4 hour long wait I took my car In with an appointment made over a week ago for a 1;45 oil change on a Monday. I left with assurance that I would receive a phone call o I took my car In with an appointment made over a week ago for a 1;45 oil change on a Monday. I left with assurance that I would receive a phone call or text message when the service on my car was completed. I waited and waited about 3 hours pass and I call up to the service department and they tell me they will talk to the man I checked my car in with. Once he has word on my car he will call me right back. I waited another hour and never received a phone call with an update. I went up there anyways and saw that my car was sitting in the lot where they park the cars with completed service. I ask how long ago my car was completed and he asks me “didn’t you receive a phone call?” I said no. He apologizes and tells me my car was ready 2 hours ago at 3:45. In short, they have TERRIBLE communication and I will be finding another place for my oil changes. More
