Tried calling the phone number. After playing phone tag gave up. If Tim Conner is serious about solving this issue, he can check with the service department. They have all my contact info. There is 2 ways to solve the issue: Return the $783.76 for the cost of the parts that didn't needed to be changed or fix the problem at no additional charger to me.
