A small town dealership offering old fashioned personal customer service with the selection and technological capabilities of any new dealership. The owner himself greets the customers and offers an unmatched level of customer service you won’t find unless you travel back in time. The service department is friendly and knowledgeable providing me with a loaner vehicle every single time I’ve needed any service and will even drive over an hour and a half to drop off or pick up when needed. The drivers are courteous and polite too. When it comes time to trade in my vehicle I will again go to Regester.

My wife and I had a great experience at Klick Lewis. We were at a dealership the day before and were not acknowledged for at least 10 minutes and finally gave us one offer and we asked for more and they said we can't due business if you would like more, unbelievable answer. When we got to Klick Lewis the next day we walked straight to the trucks outside and before we got to the truck area Bryan Houser asked if he could help us. My wife and I knew right away we were at the right place. Every person on the sales team said hi to us and one was at the door on his way out and held the door for us and said hi as well. This sales team is being managed by Joe and I left him know how well we were treated and he is doing a great job. Bryan our salesman was so exceptionally helpful and had us drive multiple trucks and could explain every detail of the truck inside and out. He also went to bat for us and got us more on our trade that we couldn't resist. This was not our first vehicle from Klick Lewis and we definitely recommend this dealership to everyone we know. Steve in parts has always went to bat for me every time I ordered parts and did research on questions I had and always got back to me. The truck we bought has been nothing but a great experience and Bryan even picked up our truck where I work and had the accessories installed and filled the gas tank and brought it back to my work. That in itself was a great addition to everything they have done for us from the first step we placed on their lot. GREAT job to the whole team at Klick Lewis...! Awesome buying experience!!!! I drove to John Sauder Chevrolet of Ephrata on 10/14/24 to look at 2 trucks. Tim Weaver was my salesperson. He was attentive and while I was out for a test drive they took the time to look at my trade in. By the time I came back they had all the numbers ready to go over on the truck and trade. I received a fair purchase price on the purchase price of the 2022 Trail Boss and the same on my trade in. The credit application and buying process was pretty flawless. No wasting time on either end which I appreciated with my busy schedule. Patrick Byrnes was amazing! He went over all available options and answered all my questions. The process at the end was quick and efficient. Actually one of my better buying experiences from a dealership. No pressure, clean showroom and nice choice of vehicles. The next day after the purchase I realized there were wheel locks on each of the tires but the key wasn't in the glove box. One call back to the dealership and Patrick had me taken care of with an appointment the next day. Their service department was super nice to deal with and accommodating. I also had an opportunity to interact with their parts department on obtaining a bed mat and I encountered the same great service. Today it's hard to find great deals and the best value for your money along with exceptional service. I can tell you with my experience you will find both here. Patrick is a class act and appreciated doing business with your dealership because of him and his team.

After being a loyal customer for over 25 years, I'm very disappointed in how they treated me. My family has bought between 12-15 vehicles from them being mostly new. I was going to order a 2023 GMC Yukon SLT off them. After sitting down with them they told me they would not offer my Dads GM employee pricing that they did not have to offer. Since they are in high demand. After calling 4 other dealerships near them. They said they would offer with no mark up. Shame on Jennings for lining their pockets over loyalty. Brought all my vehicles to get serviced. No more! They lost a life long customer.

My recent vehicle purchase was my first experience with John Sauder Chevrolet. I will admit that I went into the dealership with an attitude, expecting to encounter the stereotype of salesman that had been formed in my mind by previous negative experiences with New Car Dealerships. Kirk Newcomer dispelled those notions as his professionalism and apparent honesty brought me back into a comfort zone which allowed me to make an informed decision about my purchase without pressure and without the feeling that I must be on guard for any deceptive practices. Kirk was very knowledgeable and responsive. He was eager to find answers to any questions I posed, and he was very helpful in finding the exact "up fit" equipment which I desired for my new work van, so that upon delivery I had everything I needed. Communication with Kirk was readily available and he followed up quickly on every detail. Kirk did his best to provide a buying opportunity which gave me options in finding a solution to my needs that were in my best interest. Bottom line: Buying a new vehicle from Kirk Newcomer and John Sauder Chevrolet was a positive and pleasurable experience. I drove out of the dealership feeling satisfied instead of "taken". I will be a repeat customer.

Tim Klinger is the owner and also does most of the sales, He told me he was 4th generation and they are celibrating their 82nd year at the same location. Had my new Chevy for 2 years now, the service, price and people can't be beat!
