I bought my car new at Turner Kia Harrisburg in 2022 and have had all services done there since. Turner is a 2 minute drive from my house and convenient, even though i know i can get most of the service/m have had all services done there since. But i don't mind paying a bit more for convenience so chose to go there anyway ,,,,,well that has all changed!!!!! I took my car in last Thursday ,,,after it had been inspected a couple of weeks earlier,,,,where I spent about $800 at that time and was told I had to get the side mirror replaced also but that would have to be ordered. ( Day of inspection I called in and spoke to Bryan to go over the texted recommendations. There was a quote for just under $300 for the side mirror. So I asked Bryan if that quote was for the WHOLE MIRROR,,,the whole thing and he said "yes" ,,,I was like "GREAT" and told him I was quoted over $500 a few months earlier there (Turner) So,,,, I said,,, let's do it for that price!! Fast forward to my last vist last Thursday,,, I have never been spoken to and treated as horribly as I was by Tim in Service after I realized they only replaced the mirror and not the whole side mirror and asked as to why? I made the appointment to get the side mirror replaced,,,the whole thing as per my previous conversation with Bryan and when I questioned it after seeing it wasn't done he would not listen to me when telling him the conversation I had had with Bryan in Service, about the work i expected to be done. Bryan and I had 3 other conversations about the side mirror being replaced,,,,from him telling me that it wouldn't come in to match the car ,,,,,that it would need to be painted,,,,I asked if they could just use the outside housing from my original one and he said "yes,, if it clipped on." I was like great it'll save me the painting cost. I even asked him to throw the mismatched part from the new one in my car,,just in case i ever needed it,,,and he replied with "yes ,,,you've paid for it." I kept telling Tim that they didn't replace the whole side mirror. Tim was condescending in speaking to me when I questioned why the whole unit wasn't replace,,,he kept saying we replaced what you paid for, but i kept saying that they didnt replace what i wanted replaced When I asked if there was someone else to speak to,,, he said,,, "I'm it'. He's not even a manager nor did the service manager ,,that heard what was happening,,, come out to assist. Be wary if you use them And definitely avoid Tim at all costs There have been other reviews on their page about him being unprofessional to other customers More
