The service that was done was good. My only gripe is that one of the services I came in for was not completed. There was a total lack of communication that it was not completed, and that more work had to be one of the services I came in for was not completed. There was a total lack of communication that it was not completed, and that more work had to be done for another part I had replaced. It was supposed to be done Friday, and I got a call that it wouldn’t be done till Saturday, noon at the latest. I called after noon (after not hearing from the dealer) and was told it would be done by 2pm. When I picked it up and started my Wrangler, the warning light was still on! I went back in and was shown the paperwork that said more diagnostics were needed at another service visit. I was not told this by either person I spoke to in service, or the person who brought my paperwork to the cashier. I understand that some repairs take extra effort and steps. That is not my gripe at all. Just that I was not told that by anyone, and fully expected everything was completed until I turned the key. More
