My Title/Registration were done wrong/they wont fix it All smiles and friendly until you sign. Then your nobody. Even though they made the mistake filing my title paperwork (titling it in PA instead of NY) they couldn't be bothered with correcting it or even have they courtesy and or professionalism to correct. I couldn't even get a phone call from anyone letting me know what was going on to fix the problem. 4 months later and the title still has not been corrected and still no word from anyone there. The only contact I was able to get was texts from the salesman Jack saying they were working on it but it was a process. Im guessing that was a stall technique. As for Jessie the finance or manager that completes your paperwork, not much better. This so called veteran who was going to look out for me another servicemember, hah, what a joke. I don't know where or when she served, but nowhere in any of my training was I taught to blow people off, especially when the mistake was on my end. We all know things happen, but when they do, it incumbent on you to do all you can to fix the problem, not duck calls or emails and hope the problem goes away. Not to mention they charged me extra (or so she said) because my title and registration was out of state. They also collected taxes for NY which is higher than PA. Where's my refund for the overpayment of taxes and title fees? They have no answer for that either. Want to hold of the owner, good luck. Its a shame too, because up until their mistake this was a promising interaction. I guess it true what they say, if it seems to good to be true it must be. Very disappointed, disrespected, dissatisfied with my treatment. I will never recommend this dealership and will let as many people know of my experience in hopes that you don't go through it too. If you must do business with them, at least beware that if anything goes wrong, it will be on you to fix it at your own cost. More
