Great Experience I dealt with Mario and Sean and they were extremely helpful and energetic. Sean showed me a multitude of cars until I found one I loved that was in my I dealt with Mario and Sean and they were extremely helpful and energetic. When making the deal, it turned out that there was a bit of a misunderstanding about the price but I did not catch it until the next day. When I returned to the dealership, my loan paperwork had gone to the bank so I was told there was nothing they could do. Thankfully, Manning saw how disappointed/frustrated I was with the situation and wanted to make it right. Although he did not have to, he got me a check from Jeep to compensate for the amount of money that was being argued about. This was unbelievably generous and made me extremely happy with my experience. I should have caught the misunderstanding before I signed the paperwork, but thankfully Manning understood the situation the following day. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a Jeep, and also recommend that you read the paperwork carefully so you don't make a dumb mistake like I did. More

Completly Unprofessional Terrible experience. Left a deposit in a new jeep. it took the dealer 3 days to "locate" the car. I was told "good luck" trying to find this car somew Terrible experience. Dealership is dishonest, do not buy here bought a car from this dealership from out of state. Told I didn't need a certified check. first tried to up the price by 1,000, but they were caught bought a car from this dealership from out of state. Then tried to sell me an over inflated warranty. Then tried to tell me the 2mo/2K warranty was certified standard, even though Chrysler certified site clearly states 3mo/3K. Next issued me temp plate (illegal in MA)to drive home. Then would not release the Title, saying it was state policy to register the car for me (can't do that in MA). Then said they would not release Title because the check had not cleared (checked with bank check had cleared). Now they are saying that they have a company policy to wait 10 days before they surrender the title (except you have 7 days in NJ to register or you get a fine, and 10 days in MA or you get a fine).We are filing with the NJ attorney and the Better Business Bureau as well as Chrysler Corp. LLC. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! More
