I had my windshield wipes replaced and the drive side one flew off in the middle of route 76!! Retrieved it and then tried to figure out how to replace it by looking at the passenger side one….and then that flew off in the middle of route 76!! Retrieved it and then tried to figure out how to replace it by looking at the passenger side one….and then that one came off!! They were not snapped in!! Good thing I didn’t get into an accident!! I normally have good service but when I brought my jeep in to check the lock on the liftgate on my 2014 JEEP, I was told that the lock mechanism was broken and it would cost me $600.00 to replace. I took in to check the lock on the liftgate on my 2014 JEEP, I was told that the lock mechanism was broken and it would cost me $600.00 to replace. I took the Jeep to another place and the technician used forced air to blow dirt out of the locking mechanism and the liftgate now works properly. The other place didn't charge me anything. A 5 minute job. Just glad I didn't have the lock replaced at the dealership. More
