STAY AWAY! I sure hope you read this before you make your way to this dealer. We all know dealers are shysters, but this one takes the cake! Don’t waste your time calling to confirm availability, actually go there on a Sunday when they’re closed. AND if you’re interested in the 2021 Jeep GC SRT in Billet Silver loaded with every available option, sadly you will be disappointed! They do not have it! It is still listed on their website. And if you plan on trading in a great car with low miles, do as I suggested, get a ride or use a different car on a Sunday and check for yourself, don’t waste mileage! I have been watching that SRT for no less than 2 weeks, I emailed, texted and called on the phone as did my spouse, we were assured it was on the lot! I had an appointment at 11:00am on Monday. Called to confirm availability prior to the hour drive (one way) and once again assured it was still available. I drove 68 miles, one way, to Turnersville Jeep at 3100 Rt 42 in sicklerville, NJ 08081 in my 2020 Ford Shelby GT350, that only had 3045 miles, only to find out they are liars. It was conveniently sold on Friday? The day after I made the appointment? It is a ploy to draw you in to sell you something you don’t want! Obviously their reputation won’t draw buyers in so they need some tactic. It seems clear to me now, that they have been using that Jeep SRT to draw buyers in. It is a bait and switch. They are not good honest people, in fact they are liars. It must be a thing with FCA dealers. Stay away from this dealer. At least other FCA dealers actually told me the truth, that they did not have one on the lot but they could order me one. If I have to order, I will, from my trusted local dealer. It sure does seem that lying is a thing nowadays. October 2021. If they actually sold it, then fine, they could have called to let me know. I own my own business, if I had done what they did, I’m pretty sure I’d be out of business. Then there’s the whole thing about prepping, had my car detailed (sits in garage), gathering paperwork- the title etc, extended warranty, then all the other accessories, battery tender and the Shelby GT 350 Owner’s Supplement Box that included; Certificate of Limited Production with VIN# and Production # Invitation to Ford Performance Track School for Complimentary 1-Day Track Session at the Former Miller Motor Park in Utah Track Attack Brochure Instructions About How to Register Your Shelby GT 350 Letter from Ford Performance Infographic with Specifications for the GT and GT 350 models Order Form for a Shelby GT 350 Picture Autographed by Carroll Shelby Frameable Print of the Shelby GT 350 Large Shelby GT 350 Poster GT 350 Track Tips Pamphlet Scale Model of the Shelby GT 350’s Flat-Plane Crank Shaft with Individual Chassis Number, and the worst…..taking time away from my company and the unnecessary miles to visit this shyster. Yes all those items may have made a better deal for me, but we’ll never know will we? But they know we are really PO’d, I have already received a call from Dodge Foundation about extended warranty, it has not yet been 12 hours, it’s only been 4 hours! Coincidence? Unbelievable! I traded in my 2014 Jeep SRT for the Shelby, have never received a call about warranty from them before! Don’t waste your time with this dealer, go elsewhere. More

The downside of warranty repairs is having to return to the dealer, the other downside of it is, while you're there, out of convenience you get your oil changed, knowing you just have to bend over and take the dealer, the other downside of it is, while you're there, out of convenience you get your oil changed, knowing you just have to bend over and take the price gouging, but that convenience goes out the window when you have to return the next day because you notice your receipt has the wrong oil on it, they had no excuse on how it happened and decided to change the oil again because no one could say for sure that the correct oil was in the vehicle.
