I was pleased with the work done, and in the amount time it was completed sitting in your comfortable waiting area. Service writer didn’t check properly for warranty coverage and and was charged full price. He held my car for two days without letting me know before they closed. That ended up messing up my whole d coverage and and was charged full price. He held my car for two days without letting me know before they closed. That ended up messing up my whole day the following day. Making me scrabble to borrow a friends car so I could go to work. They said they held my car to test drive it to endure the light was not going to come on, only to see they drove my car for only ONE mile. Called the service manager and he never called me back. I’m now told my my warranty company they might not be able to issue me a refund because this wasn’t properly done in the beginning!! This was a terrible experience and I’m extremely unhappy! More
