Ed made me feel comfortable and confident that I would be leaving there with a car that I would be happy with. I wasn’t sure exactly what I wanted or what I could afford because of a not so great credit score. He assured me that everyone at Kia would work with the lenders to get me a car that I would love and be able to afford. I test drove a couple of vehicles and decided on the car I wanted. He made it so easy for me ( and this is a hard thing to do ) to look at the big picture and realize a KIA is absolutely definitely the best way to go!
