GOOD SALES BAD SALES MANAGER I WAS UNHAPPY WITH THE PRESSURE EXERTED UPON ME TO PURCHASE THE CAR THE DAY I WAS THERE AS OPPOSED TO THE NEXT MORNING WHEN MY WIFE COULD ATTEND. I H I WAS UNHAPPY WITH THE PRESSURE EXERTED UPON ME TO PURCHASE THE CAR THE DAY I WAS THERE AS OPPOSED TO THE NEXT MORNING WHEN MY WIFE COULD ATTEND. I HAD PUT A DEPOSIT ON THE CAR OF $2803.00 AND WANTED TO FINISH THE PAPERWORK THE FOLLOWING MORNING SO I COULD TITLE THE CAR IN THE NAME OF MY WIFE. RYAN EXPLAINED TO ME THAT WAS NOT POSSIBLE AS THE CAR WOULD STILL BE FOR SALE THAT EVENING AND THE PURPOSE OF THE KIA DEALERSHIP WAS TO EARN A PROFIT. REALLY? I THOUGHT THE PURPOSE OF A DEPOSIT WAS TO HOLD SOMETHING ; AT LEAST UNTIL THE FOLLOWING MORNING SO I COULD TITLE THE CAR THE WAY I WANTED TO. I FINISHED THE SALE THAT EVENING BUT WAS VERY DISSATISFIED WITH THE WAY I WAS TREATED BY RYAN. I WOULD HAVE WALKED AWAY FROM THE DEAL ENTIRELY BUT I DID NOT WANT TO TAKE THE SALE AWAY FROM JEFF SELLWOOD BECAUSE HE HAD DONE A GOOD JOB. AFTER 50 YEARS IN BUSINESS I CAN TRULY SAY THAT EXPERIENCE WAS THE WORST I HAD EVER HAD PURCHASING A VEHICLE AND I HAVE PURCHASED MANY. Excellent, best car buying experience I have ever had! i really don’t know what to say other than when I got to the place and explained my situation to Justin and told him what I wanted, (I always wanted i really don’t know what to say other than when I got to the place and explained my situation to Justin and told him what I wanted, (I always wanted to check out an optima)he brought me 2 cars out with in 15 minutes that were the exact style and color that I was interested in and I picked 1 to drive and was actually hooked on the car by the time I got half way through the test drive! Even though my credit wasn’t great, Justin and his finance guys got me a great deal for my optima, and had me on my way faster than I could have hoped for!
