Great price, great service, no pressure I came into the dealership with a pretty good idea of the car I wanted. We met Ed and he helped us narrow down exactly what we were looking for and fo I came into the dealership with a pretty good idea of the car I wanted. We met Ed and he helped us narrow down exactly what we were looking for and found the car at another dealership. He assured us they could get the car as soon as we were ready and when we let him know we were coming back the car was there, waiting for a test drive. After initially quoting us a price that was higher than we thought it would be, they worked with us on price until we were able to get the payment we expected. The only real issue I had was I asked about remote start, under the impression it was a simple upgrade and with the hope I would be able to bring the car home with it installed. I asked about it multiple times but it was mostly brushed off until it was the end of the day and we were already working through a stack of paperwork. All in all, I’m very happy with the car, everyone we dealt with at the dealership was honest and motivated without making us feel pressured. More
