THE BUYING A NEW CAR EXPERIENCE When we walked into the dealership we didn't know what we wanted. We knew we wanted something roomy and couldn't decide if we should go SUV or Mini V When we walked into the dealership we didn't know what we wanted. We met with Josh who was extremely patient with us and helpful explaining vehicle differences and pros and cons on them both. He had no problem pulling them out for us to test drive and to show us different colors. Once we decided on the Kia Sorento and negotiated our deal, we then began working with Mark Narciso. Mark was instrumental in getting our vehicle ready and worked with the service department to get one of the accessories we ordered put on the car and made an appointment for us to come back and have the other one done. it was a long day for us and Mark agreed to meet with us the next day to go over and make sure we were aware and comfortable with all the features the car offered. Mark called us a week after buying the care to make sure we had no questions or concerns and to let us know that he doesn't go away if we do. More
