Great salesman, smooth experience I was in the market for a very particular used vehicle. After a long internet search, I found it at this dealership. I confirmed over the phone that t I was in the market for a very particular used vehicle. After a long internet search, I found it at this dealership. I confirmed over the phone that the car indeed had everything I was looking for per the advertisement since I had a 40 mile ride to get there. I didn't give very much notice before coming in to see the car and showed up on their busiest day, a Saturday afternoon. I had to wait about 15 minutes until my salesman, Josh Kohler, was able to show me the car and take it for a test drive. Not a bad wait-time in my opinion. Right off the bat, Josh was very knowledgeable about the car and was able to answer all questions. We sat down to talk about a deal and he was very easy to talk to. I never felt pressured or rushed. We made a deal and I took the car home that night. I was there signing paperwork until well after the dealership shut down, but we were never rushed. I would certainly recommend working with Josh, he was professional, easy to talk to and knowledgeable. The only negative thing I'd have to say about this dealership was the lack of cleanliness. I understand it was their busiest day, but a little up-keep through-out the day can make a big difference. There were large food crumbs/mess all over, not just in the waiting area, but through out the dealership. The floors were very dirty. The waiting area chairs, all of them, were very filthy and heavily stained. Both bathrooms were not clean. More
