Best car salesman ever! I was unhappy with the 2016 CRV that I had purchased new last year. I didn't think there was any way I was going to be able to trade that in without I was unhappy with the 2016 CRV that I had purchased new last year. I didn't think there was any way I was going to be able to trade that in without taking a hit. They definitely exceeded my expectations! Everyone I met at this dealership was friendly, but the salesman that I worked with, Jim Pisarcik, was the best! Just recently, I came to the show floor looking to purchase a 2018 Kia Sorento on Black Friday. I came in with a predetermined monthly payment and package I wanted. My salesman, Scott "E" put things plain and simple to me; a straight-shooter and honest. Then I spoke to Ryan, one of the sales managers at Kia who told me the payment and package I was looking for was possible in my budget. We negotiated the price and though I was spectacle, he delivered what was promised. Moreover, Michael the manager was instrumental and the deciding factor for my accepting the offer. Michael has a thankless job telling his customers the things that need to be said before accepting the offer. His truthfulness is what won me over. He laid the foundation for my decision. Furthermore, Gregg in service is top notch. All four team members, Scott, Ryan, Gregg, and Michael are to be commended. More
