Best New Car Purchase Experience I looked at the Turnersville Kia website and looked at the personnel and made an appointment with Jim Pisarcik. I financed a Kia Sorento with a trade I looked at the Turnersville Kia website and looked at the personnel and made an appointment with Jim Pisarcik. I financed a Kia Sorento with a trade in of my old car. This was the best new car purchase experience I have ever had. Jim was very knowledgeable regarding the specs and features of the Sorento. He thoroughly explained various purchase options, which I appreciated very much. When I left, I felt I was confident I made a good purchase and received good value for my money. I had to travel a bit to get there but IMHO it was well worth the trip. More

Excellent All Around Went to look at cars, left in a new car just a few hours later. We have a new baby so my optima isn't cutting it anymore! Zoned in on two different Sorentos. Jim P had us test driving them in minutes. Pulled up every piece of info he could find on each car to help make our decision. He along w management team took my dollar amount I was willing to spend and came back w a number I was happy with. Within the hour, all paperwork was done, money was spent and I was getting a picture with my new car. Jim was very personable and listened to our wants and needs. And was beyond okay w me preferring the cheaper car. Many salesman are not okay with that, Jim just wanted me to leave in my dream car... And I did! (And it wasn't even the cheaper of the two) Finance dept moved quickly, had everything waiting for us and gentleman who helped us there, was great as well. More

it was good,this is the second car from this dealership everybody is friendly, Gregg in the service dept is great when ever i go there for service.this is the second car from this dealership.both my wife an everybody is friendly, Gregg in the service dept is great when ever i go there for service.this is the second car from this dealership.both my wife and i had an enjoyable time. my only thing is and its not with dealership, its with all car dealerships every where.they have to cut some of the paper work and the amount of time spent there to purchase there car.i sold cars for about 6 years and it seams the time at the dealership has not changed any and that was 20 plus years ago.
