We stopped in on a whim with the intent to start deciding on what car we were going to purchase, we decided to start with the Optima. Currently living in the city we knew we wanted a pre-owned with lower miles. We also had certain features we really wanted included as well. Joe showed us everything we may be interested in and was patient with us the entire time we made a decision. We fell in love with a black Optima that had everything we could possibly want. Joe and Steve went above and beyond to meet all of our needs and wants. We are happy with our purchase and so excited to finally own one of these cars! More

not a happy person I have been leasing kia's for many years, when it got near the end of my lease I had to lower my expences so I wanted to buy a used kia, saw a 2015 ki I have been leasing kia's for many years, when it got near the end of my lease I had to lower my expences so I wanted to buy a used kia, saw a 2015 kia forte so I went to dealer, I know most of your staff and this time I was in for a real fight to get the deal I wanted, after several talks with steve mike and ryan , they showed me a form letter stating I only owed 2 payments, I had to pay these and $400 turn in fee. the car only had one key I had to buy the spare key for $50 but I had to make sure my spare key had to be returned (another trip from wildwood for me) then to top off this deal I received a letter from kia finance stating I owed 3 payments (not 2) and the $400, I called and asked if they would waive the $400, no I did not buy new I told them I could not pay all at this time, tried to make some arangements , have to pay by September, I called ryan back have not heard from him. the only person very helpful was salesman jim More

My Experience at Kia's Turnerville Upon entering Kia Turnerville my initial intend wasn't to buy a new car - I was going to look at used car I saw on line which wasn't even a Kia. Upon meeting salesman Jim Pisarcik who was very optimistic and ask me if I would be willing to with a plan b in case my first plan didn't work after explaining to him what I was trying do along with my trade-in.(budget wise) Nothing but great things to say about Jim. Wasn't able to get the car I set out for but, Jim was able explain to me I might have a better shot at getting something new. Not what I wanted to do but, it brought down the cost a little bit....so I thought to myself some is better than none thanks, Jim. More

There were no high pressure tactics, and there was no showing me any cars that were out of my price range. I told them what I wanted my monthly payment, and they showed me cars that fit my budget. Further, I wanted a few perks on my car: good speakers, gas efficiency, and enough room (I am very tall). They made sure all my needs were met.
