Make sure you read the fine print Me and my wife saw a car online that we wanted to look at so first thing we did was get pre approval from a bank on the exact car we were looking at. Me and my wife saw a car online that we wanted to look at so first thing we did was get pre approval from a bank on the exact car we were looking at. granted we did not factor in the negative equity but we had approval for a set amount with the terms and conditions we wanted. When we got there, the first thing they told us was the price we saw was an internet price and was only valid with a credit score of 720 or higher. Needless to say we needed to look for another car. The sales man was nice but a bit over zealous in telling us he could meet our needs. We found another car we liked and did all the paperwork on with a payment inside our limit only to be told they couldn't sell us the car due to the bank. After another hour and another car the paperwork came back outside out limit and was a lease. The sales manager came over after we told the young man that wasn't going to work and he proceeded to try and "sell" us on the lease. When we told him we were under no circumstances going to do a lease he then told us what we were looking for was a needle in a haystack. Well it took us till noon the next day to find our "needle" at another dealer. My advice to this sales manager would be, if you don't have anything on your lot that fits your customers needs, be upfront and just say it. That would have been much better then wasting 3 hours of our time! More

Optima Stopped in to look at an Optima. A salesperson named Lou helped me through the process. Knowledgeable, friendly, and upfront. Just a hair pushy a coup Stopped in to look at an Optima.
