We both took turns driving it, spent a short time with Bob and Ryan discussing price, and left to continue our research. The next day I called Bob to tell him that we wanted the Sportage, and we agreed on a price and a time to come in. When we arrived at the designated time, Bob was ready and handled everything in 2 1/2 hours. I believe that is a record for us for car purchasing! Bob was friendly, professional and knowledgeable.
