***New Car Again*** Honestly I didn't know what to expect when my wife told me we were trading in our yellow 2015 Kia Soul. Brandon Hutton was working on this for us through the week since the previous Monday, after my wife had asked him to. He introduced us on Saturday to a brand new, just unloaded from the transport truck, 2017 Forte. I have to admit even though I was reluctant, that this new car is our new shinning star. We are loving it just like we did the Soul, and appreciate Brandon's and everyone's hard work to get us what we needed. We certainly appreciate doing business with Kia and staff. While the weather probably wasn't the best day to buy a car since it snowed several inches, this was a great experience. It started with Amanda who called to check whether I would still be able to keep my appointment (due to the weather) as she wanted to make sure the vehicle was cleaned off, etc. (how nice!) Once I arrived, there was no pressure, no haggling and no fuss. AJ made the experience stress free and actually enjoyable! He was very helpful and knowledgeable and made sure all my questions were answered. Steve in Finance was a pleasure to work with as well; he made sure to clearly explain everything and ensure I knew all my options. I would definitely recommend Turnersville Kia and AJ in particular! Excellent service My best friends mother Denise Clayton knew that I was looking to get a new car. I was interested in a Kia Optima. She had recently gone to Turnersville Kia and was very happy with them. I was honestly nervous about getting a new cause since this was the first time I have in about 7 years. I called to set up a reservation and Kelly was very nice and pleasant on the phone. When we arrived, we were quickly welcomed by the staff. The Manager introduced Josh to us and told us he would be the associate to help us through the entire process. Josh was great!! He had a great personality, was very positive and upbeat. He answered every question asked without hesitation. I actually think he answered all of my questions before I could think of them on my own! The process was a lot less stressful having someone so helpful and cheerful. He even called me 3 days later to make sure everything with my new Kia Optima was going well.
