Windshield wipers!! Mike and the entire parts dept are great I bought my Optima there in 2011 and when i need to replace my wipers i wanted to keep the "Areo blade" becau Mike and the entire parts dept are great I bought my Optima there in 2011 and when i need to replace my wipers i wanted to keep the "Areo blade" because i like the way it looks so after i originally got the wrong part Mike got me what i needed no problem and he continues to get them for me i just picked up a few sets a couple months back. No one touches my car other than Turnersville Kia when it comes time to trade my baby in I wouldn't go anther else!!!! More

Simply stated this dealership and especially Shyrone Lawrence ( salesperson ) and M I am asked for a rating of up to 5 stars. THAT'S A PROBLEM ! WHY ? Simply stated this dealership and especially Shyrone Lawrence ( salesperson ) and Mike ( sales manager ) deserve a rating of atleast 10 stars . This dealership is a class organization and should be rated Kia' s #1. The showroom is immaculately clean. The sevice stands second TO NONE ! We were greeted at the door and introduced to our salesperson. Shy , our salesperson was neatly dressed ,cordial to speak to ,VERY knowledgeable about the product and an all around excellent representative of the company. Shy took us out to see the car. He explained all the safety features and all of the equipment as well as answered all questions . He jockeyed a number of cars back and forth just to show us the colors first hand. He negotiated with us very fairly until we came to an agreement Shy is extremely trustworthy. Most Importantly , he was respectful ! Then we met with the sales manager , Mike , who treated us just as wonderfully as Shy. I don't know what Turnersville Kia pays these two gentlemen but whatever it is it is not enough....they deserve more , much more !
