I brought my car in today to have the radio/touch screen replaced because it had some scratches on the screen. Other than that it worked perfectly fine. When I brought it in several weeks ago for an estimat replaced because it had some scratches on the screen. Other than that it worked perfectly fine. When I brought it in several weeks ago for an estimate I was told that the whole thing would need to be replaced. They gave me an estimate of $1,025 parts and labor. They even went back to check how long it would take to give me that estimate. I arrived today now because the parts came in only to be told that estimate didn’t include labor and the cost was now $1,867.14. They told me it would take three and a half hours, but it only took an hour and a half. Of course they still charged me the same stating there was no difference in the price. When I asked for the old radio/touch screen back so I could sell it they told me there is a core charger on it and they have to send those back to Kia to be refurbished and resold. This was unacceptable to me. I bought this car which includes everything in it. Now I paid for a new touch screen and today I was told I could have just replaced the glass on the screen. I am so tired of this company telling me lie after lie. The last time I came here for an oil change on my previous Kia I was told I’d have to wait for someone from the sales department and they are with potential customers and they come first. I would not recommend anyone go to this dealership for anything. They tell you one thing them change it to fit their needs. They charged me another $800 and kept my property. When all I could have done in the first place was have the glass replaced for much cheaper. More

These people are a joke had just have cops there today and will be taking legal action they keep you there when buying/leasing car 3 hrs tell you all this bs get you buy car than charge you all these fees and will be taking legal action they keep you there when buying/leasing car 3 hrs tell you all this bs get you buy car than charge you all these fees you don’t see prepaid for oil changes protection against tires etc etc but when time to use any services they give you bunch bs also they say can terminate lease after yr and just pay the termination fee of $400 thats a lie also they want you turn your car in pay the fee than still make payments for the next 3 yrs if your paying for next 3 yrs why would you turn car in now ex bought car from there also was stupid mistake also plenty better kia dealerships around even if you have to drive extra 30 mins trust me be worth it. These are bunch low life crooks More
